Postpartum Doula Support
daytime support up to 4 hours per day tailored to your needs
care for newborn or siblings as needed
nurturing atmosphere and emotional support
light housekeeping (tidying, vacuuming, dishes)
cooking using recipes that focus on protein and micronutrients to provide nourishment and promote healing
promoting self care and helping families adjust
referrals to additional support including lactation, chiropractor, acupuncturist
unlimited text and email support
evidence based information on all things postpartum/newborn care
$35 per hour or $200 per day for doula for a day package
Postpartum SOS or Loss Support
If you are in emergent need of a postpartum SOS or loss support, I am available via phone and depending on circumstances am available to come be with you as we work through what is going on and refer out as necessary. Postpartum SOS services are reserved for those experiencing mental health crisis postpartum and services do not fall under those covered in standard postpartum category above.
SOS and loss support services are free of charge.

This Earthside brand birth pool features extra thick, professional quality, phthalate-free material in a creamy, marshmallow color. It features a seat, handles, and a cup holder.

Rental fee covers the time of pick-up at 37 weeks gestation to birth. If you request an earlier pick-up, a $50/week fee will apply. The birth pool must ready to be picked up within one week of birth, if not sooner.
